Check out hostel. Heading to Kawaguciko Lake untuk ke Mt Fuji. Drop luggage di Tokyo Station. Hanya bawa beg yg perlu ke Mt Fuji sahaja. Jangan lupa lokasi loker.

Euno St - Tokyo St - Approx. 30 min to Shinjuku St-Change train via Chuo Line to Hachioji-Otsuki St-Fujikyu Railway to Kawaguchiko St (1140Y/way not cover by JR Pass + 300Y Mt Fuji train)

Note : Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko approx. 3 hours

Welcome to the foot of Mt. Fuji…

~Lake Kawaguchiko~

Lake Kawaguchiko is located in the center of the Fuji Five Lakes and is a base for sightseeing on the northern foot of Mt Fuji that is home to many hostels and inns. Lake Kawaguchiko is also noted for a view of Mt. Fuji from its northern shore, where the inverted image may be seen on the surface of the lake waters. Also, a superb view of the lake can be obtained here from Mt. Tenjo by taking a ropeway up from the eastern shore.

Sampai di sini pergi ke information centre untuk confirm samada masih boleh hiking atau tidak. Lega masih boleh. No problem. Ikutkan mountaineering season adalah dari July to August. Tapi dapat info last date to climb is 15^th September. Sebab tu terjah aje cuba nasib. Dapat semua info dari officer sangat membantu. 

Sementara tunggu masa untuk ke tempat hiking, Xplore dulu sekitar lake. Tinggalkan beg hiking dalam loker dulu di stesen. Aku solat aje dalam bilik loker ni. Kat station ada kedai souvenir. Bole la kalau nak membeli.

Actually ada 5 lakes - Kawaguchiko, Saiko, Shojiko, Motosuko and Yamanakako (the largest). We choose Kawaguchiko sebab nak hiking Mt Fuji via Yoshida Trail.

Naik Retro Bus (Sight-Seeing Bus) for 150Y sehala. Everywhere boleh stop dan naik. Banyak tempat ada di sini kalau stay lama. Boleh tengok Mt Fuji dari tasik. Kena cari right location.

Kami jalan2 sekitar aje. Layan kaki…Layan pemandangan..Layan angin bayu. Beli air panas dari kedai berdekatan. Nak makan maggi for lunch. Café di stesen ada, tapi untuk halal tiada.

Masa untuk bergerak ke 5th Station. Get ready for hiking. Macam mana keadaan di atas sana tak sure lagi. Tapi dari stesen ni ke sana sempat lena dalam bus. Lebih kurang 45min - 1jam utk sampai ke 5th Station.
